Create a phone app
I really need to create entries on the road for every time that I'm out of the office and want to add entries

Android and Blackberry are still WIP

Create a desktop app / widget
I'd like to be able to create entries from a little app that runs in the toolbar so that I don't have to go to the site every time I need to add something

We’ve made the desktop app and are in the process of adding it to the site, should be online in a couple of days :-)

Add 'teams'
There are several people in my team. I'd like it if we could all work on the same projects and do joint-analysis / reporting.

I would like an admin facility.
Where a single admin creates all the projects and tags for my team to use. This would ensure consistency. Once the admin has added the projects/tags all users in my domain see those only.

Hi Steve, thanks for the suggestion. We are currently looking into the “group problem” as you have just laid out. Although we originally started 1DayLater to be a single user system, there seems to be demand for several people working on the same project within a team. This is going to take a major restructuring of the 1DayLater database – no mean feat! But this is the next thing on our list of planned activities and we have estimated development at around 2 months. However as you can never tell the nature of these things I won’t give any promises. Stick with us though and I’m sure you will be impressed with the end result.

Make iPhone app available in other regions (Australia)
A search for the app (using iPhone) in the Australian store reveals no matches!

Export to Google Calendar
It would be amazing to be able to integrate our 1DayLater entries with Google Calendar via a URL that Calendar could access. That'd give us a view that would show when we were working on what over the course of a day, without you having to program it.

Thanks Scott,
We’ve integrated with Microsoft Outlook for a client but not Google Calender yet. Could be a useful integration once we have the spare resources.

Show total time spent for a particular tag
Just as you can easily see how much time you've spent on a particular project, I'd also like seeing how much time I've spent on tasks with a particular tag.

Have a setting for automatic timer start
I'd like a setting where the timer automatically starts counting as soon as I log a previous entry. That way I won't forget to re-start the timer when I start a new task.

Where is the iPhone app?
Could you direct me to your iPhone app? "1DayLater" returns no results in the app store. Was it removed?

financial analysis
In the analysis tab, you can see how time is spent on different projects. The same visualization form should be great for finances, but it doesn't seem to be able to show me that. Basically I want to be able to see how much money is being spent on which project and/or how much money is being earned from what.

Dont increase the timer by 1 minute as soon as it is clicked. Start counting from 0 minutes not 1.

Thanks for the suggestion, seems to be mixed feelings on this so far. I’ll wait a little while to see if we get any more comments

Tag Suggestions; as I type a description have words that match existing tags optionally become...
...tagged.
To try to elaborate, if I am writing my description and I've previously tagged 'writing' then 'writing' would become '#writing'. This way, I ensure to remember to use all my tags.

Create a google chrome extension
It would be nice if you could create a google chrome extension that would allow us to start the timer, or even create a new entry without logging into the 1 day later website or the soon to be out desktop app.

Thanks for the feedback
I can see potential in something like this. Right now we’re looking to add teams and then we’ll be trying to nail the desktop app you mentioned. (we weren’t very happy with th original version so we have had a rethink). After that I’m sure we will be taking a closer look at browser extensions and whether we can implement one.

Enable login via OpenID (or Facebook/Google)
I'd like to be able to login using my Google account or my Facebook account or any other OpenID provider.
What is OpenID?
OpenID is an open source technology that allows consumers to use a single login across multiple websites and register on new sites more quickly with a portable online identity.9 votesunder review ·

Possible export problem
I've input some data and attempted to try out the Export tab ... I've filled in the
blanks and click the "go" button, but nothing appears to happen. Am I
missing something? - Gregg Kendrick9 votesstarted ·

Hi chaps,
We’re having a little trouble replicating the problem as it seems to be specific to minor versions of popular browsers.
We will get to the bottom of it, but as a temporary workaround you can try a different browser (Google Chrome for example)

Fix bug when writing projects into timer fields
The project name that I type into the timer field doesn't stay put when I do any of the following:
1) type in a project in a blank field
2) auto populate with recent projects, but then try to change one to something elseThe typed project name always goes blank after a minute.

We’ve set aside a big period of time in the next development cycle to focus on the analysis / visualisation parts of the site. A lot of the ideas and comments here will make the grade, so keep them coming!
